In this position, I provide strategic and managerial support for Capital One phone agents. I create presentations for training and team meetings. I continue to exceed metric expectations.
Change Champions Committee Representative
November 2019 - Present
This position is in addition to my Senior Frontline Specialist position. In this position, I collaborate in a cross-functional group to research, update, and create internal business-critical articles/content. I also lead a team of 5 to create the Change Champions Quarterly Newsletter. Each quarter I create the layout, assign a segment to each member, and edit as needed.
Advanced Service Coordinator
September 2016 - May 2019
In this position, I maintained a high-volume workload within a fast-paced environment at Capital One. Lead training for new associates. I multi-tasked with different systems while providing service and resolving customer inquiries.
Sale and Marketing Coordinator
March 2014 - June 2016
In this position for Dominion Financial Solutions, I worked both independently and collaboratively on large-scale projects such as company-hosted events, product branding, and presentations. I maintained the company’s brand image while creating social media marketing campaigns. I also created marketing materials for the company and updated and maintained the company’s website.
